The Implemental Factors of Senior Welfare Center on Leisure Satisfaction in the Elderly

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the implemental factors of the senior welfare center such as facility and environment factors, program factors, and human factors on the leisure satisfaction. Some ideas suggested for improving the implementation of the senior welfare center which would be expected to enhance the leisure satisfaction. 321 elderly who have participating in the senior welfare center were surveyed for this purpose. The results are as follows:
First, it shows static correlation between the implemental factors in other words facility and environment factors, program factors and human factors and the leisure satisfaction. Second, among the facility and environment factors, management, convenience and accessibility have meaningful effects on the leisure satisfaction. Third, among the program factors, program operation, quality of contents have meaningful effects on the leisure satisfaction. Fourth, among the human factors, expertise and proactivity of the staffs have meaningful effects on the leisure satisfaction.
